Positions Available

1. Production (OSD)

Roles: Plant Operator/Technical Assistant

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Experience: 3-8 years in Formulation Manufacturing
• Key Skills:
• Experience in operating machines like Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection, Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO).
• Line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment and instruments.

2. Packing

Roles: Plant Operator/Technical Assistant

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Experience: 3-12 years in Packaging Operations
• Key Skills:
• Operating machines like CVC bulk packing, sachet packing, blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac).
• Line clearance and cleaning of equipment.

3. Engineering

Roles: Plant Operator/Technical Assistant

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI
• Experience: 3-12 years in Plant Maintenance
• Key Skills:
• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues.
• Experience in HVAC, chiller, BMS Operator, instrumentation calibration.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and sensors.

4. Warehouse

Roles:

• Officer / Sr. Executive – Dispensing:
• Qualification: B.Sc
• Experience: 3-7 years in handling warehouse activities, dispensing, raw material, packaging material, and finished goods of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD).
• Key Skills:
  • Experience in stock verification, QMS documentation, and SAP.
• Technical Assistant / Operator:
• Qualification: B.Sc
• Experience: 2-5 years in handling warehouse activities.

Job Requirements and Benefits

• Experience in pharmaceutical companies and familiarity with regulatory documentation and cGMP guidelines is highly preferred.
