Key Responsibilities
As a Post Market Quality Specialist, you will:
- Manage and support complaint handling processes as per global regulatory standards
- Update and maintain complaint records in TrackWise system
- Monitor product field actions and execution status
- Coordinate product returns for investigation and analysis
- Communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Support domestic and international complaint entries
- Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance in post-market activities
- Assist in creating and assigning regulatory communications
Required Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- 2โ5 years of experience in post-market quality, complaint handling, or pharmacovigilance
- Understanding of product field action processes
- Hands-on or basic knowledge of TrackWise
- Familiarity with global regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.)
