Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual data review for Clinical Data Management customers.
- Issue queries based on manual data review requirements for each assigned study.
- Participate in project team meetings as necessary.
- Generate metrics and reports for the current state of study database.
- Perform Clinical Data Management user acceptance testing as needed.
Maintains quality service and departmental standards by:
- Adhering to Clinical Data Management processes and standards using implemented systems.
- Reading, understanding, and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Work with internal staff to resolve issues.
- Explore new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes.
- Assist others in achieving results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintains Technical and Industry Knowledge by:
- Attending and participating in applicable company-sponsored training.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: One year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or relevant field required.
- Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in English (both verbal and written).
Working Conditions:
- Travel: 0-15%.
- Lifting: 0-20 lbs.
- Other: Computer work for long periods of time.
