Job Responsibilities
As part of the Medical Device Investigation team, selected candidates will:
- Investigate medical device complaints and adverse events
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and documentation
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (FDA, MDR, ISO)
- Analyze device performance issues and clinical data trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Regulatory, Engineering)
- Maintain accurate case processing and reporting timelines
- Support post-market surveillance (PMS) activities
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Life Sciences (BSc, MSc, Biotechnology, Microbiology, etc.)
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D)
- Mechanical Engineering
- Biomedical Engineering
Only the above qualifications are eligible.
Skills Required
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of medical device lifecycle (preferred for experienced candidates)
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work in fixed night shifts
- Ready to relocate to Pune
- Comfortable with work from office setup
