Job Description (JD)
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate code assignment.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10 coding guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Use medical coding software for documentation.
- Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data.
- Stay updated with industry changes and attend training sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology & anatomy.
- AAPC/AHIMA certification is a plus.
- Risk Adjustment coding experience (preferred but not mandatory).
