Qualifications:
- B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, B.Sc in Biotechnology or relevant experience
- Experience: 1.6 to 6 years (Freshers are also considered)
- Preferably Males
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the day-to-day activities of downstream processes.
- Provide technical leadership for junior staff engaged in downstream process activities.
- Proficient in using AKTA Process systems.
- Assist supervisors in critical activities during tech transfer and scale-up.
- Experience in scaling up purification processes.
- Responsible for shop floor production activities in a cGMP Plasma Protein Fractionation Facility.
- Expertise in handling Ion Exchange Chromatography, CIP, and SIP skid systems.
- Experience with Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) and Depth Filtration.
- Maintain online Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), daily log sheets, and oversee quality assurance activities.
