Roles & Responsibilities
As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in bioanalytical research and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing method development and validation as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Handling sample processing and quantification during development and validation phases
- Conducting bioanalysis of study samples using validated procedures
- Planning and coordinating with teams for smooth execution of projects
- Performing calibration of analytical equipment
- Compiling and maintaining raw data documentation
- Implementing quality systems and SOP compliance
- Managing document scanning and archival processes
- Supporting additional tasks assigned by the Head of Bioanalytical
