Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing activities for Food, Nutrition and Residue Testing laboratory functions.
- Work on nutrition analysis areas including proximate composition, vitamins, minerals, protein, fat, carbohydrates and dietary fiber analysis.
- Support residue analysis activities such as pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues and mycotoxin testing.
- Carry out method execution as per laboratory requirements and approved procedures.
- Review analytical data and prepare accurate testing reports.
- Contribute to quality-driven laboratory operations in line with applicable systems and testing expectations.
Required Qualification
- M.Sc. Chemistry
Experience Required
- 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in analytical testing.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Expertise in HPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS and AAS.
- Experience in Nutrition Analysis and Residue Analysis.
- Preferred technical expertise in proximate composition, vitamins, minerals, protein, fat, carbohydrates and dietary fiber analysis.
- Preferred exposure to pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues and mycotoxin testing.
- Hands-on experience in method execution, data review and reporting.
- Knowledge of NABL / ISO 17025 quality systems will be an added advantage.
