Open Positions and Key Responsibilities

1. Surgery Coders (Certified)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately coding same-day surgical procedures in compliance with coding standards.
• Reviewing medical records to ensure the correct codes are applied for surgical services.
• Collaborating with the medical team to resolve any documentation discrepancies.
• Staying updated with changes in coding protocols and industry regulations.

2. Charge Entry Specialists

Responsibilities:

• Entering and processing medical billing charges with precision.
• Ensuring all entries comply with billing guidelines and internal policies.
• Communicating effectively with billing teams to address charge entry issues.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Background: Any graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience: Immediate joiners only. Please note, freshers are not eligible for these positions.
• Location: Hyderabad, working from the office (WFO).

Essential Skills

• For Surgery Coders:
  • Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
  • Keen attention to detail and analytical skills.
• For Charge Entry Specialists:
  • Familiarity with medical billing software and procedures.
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
