- Handling liquid/powder filling line operations and changeovers.
- Line clearance, in-process checks and batch documentation.
- Ensuring GMP compliance on the shop floor.
- CIP and SIP operations.
- Autoclave operations.
Qualifications
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech. / B.Sc
- Experience: 2 – 4 Years
BFS Operators / FFS Operators
Responsibilities
- Operating Blow-Fill-Seal / Form-Fill-Seal machines.
- Machine set-up, format-parts changeover and troubleshooting.
- Adherence to SOPs, GMP and safety norms.
Qualifications
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech. / B.Sc
- Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Incharge / Executive – Formulations Production
Responsibilities
- Supervising blending, granulation and encapsulation processes.
- BMR/BPR review and manpower planning.
- Coordination with QA/QC for smooth batch release.
- Ensuring GMP compliance.
Qualifications
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech. / B.Sc
- Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Sr. Executive – QA
Responsibilities
- QMS, change controls, incidents and CAPA.
- PV (Pharmacovigilance), CV (Computer Validation) etc.
- Documentation and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc (Life Sciences)
- Experience: 4 – 6 Years
HVAC – Jr. Executive / Executive
Responsibilities
- HVAC system operation and maintenance.
- Documentation including SOPs, logbooks and records.
- Coordination with Engineering, Production and QA teams.
- Ensuring GMP, GDP and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience: 1 – 3 Years
