Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform various Clinical Data Management activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle, including:
- Perform clinical trial data review according to SOPs and study requirements.
- Review and resolve data queries using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Conduct reconciliation of external data against EDC data.
- Support interim and final database lock activities.
- Assist in study documentation, reports, metrics, and tracking.
- Maintain documentation in Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
- Perform periodic quality review of study documentation.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain project documentation.
- Support data archival and inspection readiness activities.
- Assist during internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support study data collection system setup and testing.
- Review CRO-delivered data management activities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate learning curricula, GxP, FDA, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with Clinical Data Management Leads and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Around 6 years or more of Clinical Data Management experience.
- Experience working with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platforms.
- Knowledge of Clinical Data Management processes.
- Understanding of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Familiarity with data reconciliation and database lock activities.
- Experience with eTMF documentation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
