🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Perform case processing and data entry in pharmacovigilance systems
• Work on ICSR case handling using Argus Safety database
• Ensure accurate coding using MedDRA and WHO-DD
• Conduct case triage, follow-ups, and quality checks
• Maintain compliance with global pharmacovigilance guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for signal detection and reporting

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacovigilance experience
• Mandatory experience with:
  • Argus Safety Database
  • ArisG
• Strong knowledge of ICSR processing and PV workflows
• Good communication and documentation skills
