About the Analyst Role

The Analyst at Merck Group will support activities related to Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) and New Product Introduction (NPI). The role requires effective coordination with multiple cross-functional teams and the use of enterprise systems for maintaining accurate product, master, and web data.

Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a primary interface with operational organizations, including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Technical Services, and Quality Assurance.
  • Supporting Product Life Cycle Management and New Product Introduction activities.
  • Managing SAP and web data maintenance using relevant business tools.
  • Reviewing NPDI completeness and ensuring master data accuracy and consistency.
  • Supporting master data management, including:
    • Data review
    • Data cleansing
    • Data enrichment
    • Data consistency checks
  • Reviewing web data compilation and troubleshooting product webpage data issues.
  • Supporting product lifecycle management and portfolio review activities.
  • Uploading product-related documents, including technical bulletins and product information.
  • Supporting the upload of Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Origin where required.
  • Creating and maintaining product listings on websites.
  • Meeting defined SLA and TAT requirements.
  • Maintaining quality and productivity standards.
  • Ensuring stakeholder and internal customer requirements are completed on time.
  • Demonstrating strong process knowledge across assigned activities.
  • Assisting with ISO audits and training activities.
  • Identifying and initiating process improvement ideas and projects.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Basic Qualifications
