Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a primary interface with operational organizations, including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Technical Services, and Quality Assurance.
- Supporting Product Life Cycle Management and New Product Introduction activities.
- Managing SAP and web data maintenance using relevant business tools.
- Reviewing NPDI completeness and ensuring master data accuracy and consistency.
- Supporting master data management, including:

- Data cleansing
- Data enrichment
- Data consistency checks
- Reviewing web data compilation and troubleshooting product webpage data issues.
- Supporting product lifecycle management and portfolio review activities.
- Uploading product-related documents, including technical bulletins and product information.
- Supporting the upload of Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Origin where required.
- Creating and maintaining product listings on websites.
- Meeting defined SLA and TAT requirements.
- Maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Ensuring stakeholder and internal customer requirements are completed on time.
- Demonstrating strong process knowledge across assigned activities.
- Assisting with ISO audits and training activities.
