Senior Analyst โ€“ Clinical Trial Coordinator Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will support clinical trial teams and help ensure that clinical studies operate efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable processes and regulations.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Support the coordination and execution of local and regional clinical studies.
  • Assist clinical trial teams with day-to-day clinical operations activities.
  • Support clinical trial budget tracking and invoice management.
  • Coordinate administrative and operational activities associated with clinical studies.
  • Assist with quality issue tracking and follow-up activities.
  • Support regulatory reporting oversight and documentation processes.
  • Help maintain accurate clinical trial records and study-related documentation.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure activities are performed in accordance with applicable processes and quality standards.
  • Support compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research requirements.
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of clinical operations processes.
  • Collaborate effectively within international and multicultural teams.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

Experience

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools, including:
    • Spreadsheet software
    • Word processing software
    • Presentation software
  • Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfort working in a global and multicultural matrix environment.
