• Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and take appropriate actions.
• Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
• Exhibit good communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Display flexibility and a positive attitude towards work.
• Be willing to work night shifts.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Comfortable with night shifts.
• Comfortable with work from office (WFO).
• Excellent English communication skills.
