Job Responsibilities

The available positions span across various R&D and Regulatory Affairs domains, each requiring specific expertise and a passion for excellence. Key responsibilities include:

R&D Biotechnology

• Upstream Process Development (Mammalian and Microbial Systems): Developing scalable upstream processes for biosimilars and biopharmaceutical products.
• Downstream Processing (Purification and Technology Transfer): Designing and optimizing purification strategies to ensure product purity and yield.
• Protein Characterization/Mass Spectrometry: Performing advanced protein analysis for quality and structural integrity.

Formulation Development – Non-Orals

• Injectables and Statistical Analysis: Creating and optimizing injectable formulations with statistical insights.
• Liposomal Injection Development: Designing advanced liposomal drug delivery systems.
• Peptide Formulations: Innovating peptide-based therapeutics with a focus on stability and efficacy.

Regulatory Affairs – API and US/OAM Formulations

• Regulatory Documentation: Preparing and submitting comprehensive dossiers for API and formulation approvals in the US and other global markets.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply. The key qualifications sought include:

• Biotechnology Roles: M.Tech, M.Sc, or Ph.D. with 2–11 years of experience.
• Formulation Development: M.Pharm or Ph.D. with 1–10 years of experience.
• Regulatory Affairs: M.Sc or M.Pharm with 1–13 years of experience.
• R&D API: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) with 3–5 years of experience.

Desired Skills

• Strong technical expertise in biotechnology, analytical development, or formulation science.
