Open Positions: Production (API)
We are currently recruiting for the following positions at our Panoli facility:
- Junior Officer Production (API): This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to launch their pharmaceutical career.
- Officer Production (API): This position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience seeking career advancement.
- Senior Officer Production (API): This role requires 3-4 years of relevant experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
Key Requirements:
All positions require:
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc. in Chemistry (with specialization in Organic Chemistry), M.Sc. in Chemistry, B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in API manufacturing, with a strong understanding of scale-up activities, reactor floor operations, and Process Parameter Analysis (PPA). Specific experience levels vary depending on the position applied for.
- Regulatory Compliance: Proven experience working in regulated environments compliant with USFDA, EU GMP, and WHO GMP guidelines is essential. Knowledge of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic: Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Teamwork skills: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Problem-solving abilities: Capacity to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges proactively.
