Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will work across multiple product and clinical functions including:
- Analyze pharmacy and medication workflows
- Gather requirements from pharmacists and clinical teams
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prepare functional specifications and product documentation
- Define workflow logic and business rules
- Identify patient safety and clinical workflow risks
- Review proposed software solutions with engineering teams
- Participate in Agile backlog refinement
- Support pharmacy module configuration
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Design test cases and testing scenarios
- Log and validate software defects
- Support implementation and production go-live
- Investigate live platform issues
- Validate pharmacy data and medication records
- Improve SOPs and training documentation
- Develop user enablement materials
- Recommend product enhancements
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), PharmD, or equivalent healthcare qualification preferred
- Around 2โ7 years of healthcare technology experience
- Experience working with pharmacy or medication modules in healthcare software
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows
- Experience working with pharmacists and clinical teams
- Requirements gathering and business analysis skills
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of UAT and software testing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work during UK business hours
