Key Responsibilities

As an Investigator Support Coordinator I – Quality Events, you will:

• Support end-to-end management of Quality Events (QEs)
• Review, investigate, document, and close Quality Events
• Prioritize patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately
• Follow departmental SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Management System procedures
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during investigations
• Perform root cause analysis support
• Maintain accurate quality documentation
• Conduct quality checks for compliance and completeness
• Track and resolve queries within required timelines
• Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete mandatory training and maintain compliance records
• Escalate unresolved quality risks when required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science
