Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Design, develop, and maintain structured training programs and learning materials.
- Conduct onboarding training for newly hired clinical research professionals.
- Identify knowledge gaps and deliver refresher training sessions.
- Deliver classroom-based and outcome-focused technical training.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Prepare post-training evaluation reports.
- Collaborate with research leadership to update training content based on project requirements.
- Support SOP compliance and monitor new employee learning progress.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Clinical Pharmacy) or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Clinical Research, Pre-Clinical Research, Drug Development, Clinical Trial Management, Clinical Data Management, or Medical Writing.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Instructor.
- Strong understanding of research workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
