1. Site Payments Processor

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Overview

The Site Payments Processor will support clinical operations by managing investigator site payments, accounts payable activities, payment tracking systems, invoice reconciliation, and financial reporting for global clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily site payment and accounts payable activities
  • Process investigator site payments
  • Configure payment tracking systems
  • Maintain payment-related project reports
  • Setup site agreements and amendments
  • Map investigator payees
  • Code and reconcile site invoices
  • Coordinate payment requests
  • Ensure timely financial processing
  • Support payment-related project activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
  • Approximately 1 year of relevant finance, treasury or accounting experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail

2. Safety Database Specialist

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Overview

The Safety Database Specialist supports Medpace’s Clinical Safety department by configuring Argus safety databases, performing UAT, generating safety reports, supporting audits, and maintaining pharmacovigilance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Argus and Argus J safety databases
  • Create reports using Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE)
  • Resolve safety database issues
  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Generate DSUR, PSUR and PBRER outputs
  • Train new safety database users
  • Develop SOPs and work instructions
  • Support regulatory inspections and audits
  • Maintain safety system documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Informatics or related discipline
  • 1โ€“2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience with Argus Safety Database
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with OBIEE reporting
  • CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
