Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Conduct site feasibility assessments and identify potential investigators.
- Negotiate study budgets with investigators.
- Execute CDA (Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements) and study contracts.
- Prepare and submit study documents to Ethics Committees (EC).
- Perform Site Initiation Visits (SIV), Monitoring Visits (SMV), and Close-Out Visits (COV).
- Manage Investigational Product (IP) dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation.
- Train investigators and site staff on study protocols and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Monitor subject recruitment and retention.
- Perform Source Data Verification (SDV) and resolve data queries.
- Ensure timely reporting of SAEs and SUSARs as per regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk identification and implement CAPA where necessary.
- Coordinate with CROs, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations teams.
- Support database lock (DBL) activities and statistical reporting.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Biology, Chemistry or related Life Sciences)
- Nursing Degree
- Public Health Degree
- Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (PGDCR)
- Other relevant Health Science qualifications
Experience Required
- Minimum 1โ5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Research.
- Experience in Clinical Trial Monitoring, GCP, Site Management, or CRA activities will be preferred.
