Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Establishing and implementing packaging development strategies integrated with Formulation Development and Manufacturing.
- Supporting new product launches and commercialization projects for regulated markets.
- Managing site variation projects, cost-saving initiatives, packaging standardization, automation, and quality improvement.
- Ensuring smooth execution of packaging development activities through well-defined systems and procedures.
- Preparing Master Packaging Records for commercial production.
- Coordinating technology transfer activities to manufacturing.
- Developing and maintaining packaging material specifications.
- Managing artwork development and approval activities.
- Supporting change part development and packaging equipment development wherever applicable.
Required Qualifications
