Job Description: Junior/Assistant Associate Manufacturing
What You Will Achieve:
- Operate sterile manufacturing equipment (Vial/Ampoule filling, capping, sealing, washing, compounding, terminal sterilization).
- Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain accurate records and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with the team for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA and regulatory standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: High School Diploma or BSc (preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 6 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (sterile/injectables preferred).
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sterile production environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & manufacturing software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with Pfizer’s Learning Solutions & Quality Tracking Systems.
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
