Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design and develop statistical programs for clinical research analysis and reporting.
✔ Perform quality control and verification of statistical outputs.
✔ Maintain statistical programming documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
✔ Complete medium to high complexity programming tasks with high efficiency and accuracy.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Biostatistics, Data Management, Regulatory) to achieve project goals.
✔ Identify gaps in data and propose innovative solutions to improve programming efficiency.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and training requirements.
✔ Contribute to process improvement and innovation within the department.
Principal Relationships:
- Reports to a manager within the Statistical Programming function.
- Works closely with Programming Leads, Biostatisticians, Data Management, and Regulatory teams.
- Engages with external partners, including CROs (Contract Research Organizations).
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field.
✅ 4-6+ years of statistical programming experience in pharma/clinical R&D.
✅ Strong proficiency in SAS & R (Python is a plus).
✅ Knowledge of clinical trial data structures, CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).
✅ Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research concepts.
✅ Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
