Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for various functions depending on the department:
- Handling QMS, validation, and documentation processes
- Managing CAPA, OOS, and OOT investigations
- Operating analytical instruments like HPLC, TOC, UV Spectro
- Conducting environmental monitoring and microbiological testing
- Supervising production and packing operations
- Managing manpower and ensuring productivity
- Preparing and maintaining SOPs and reports
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and GDP practices
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc (Chemistry/Microbiology) or relevant qualification
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and compliance
- Experience in dry powder injection is mandatory
- Good communication and teamwork skills
