Key Responsibilities

As a Signal Manager at Sanofi, you will be responsible for driving Data-Driven Monitoring (DDM) and supporting Risk-Based Monitoring strategies across clinical studies.

Major responsibilities include:

• Develop monitoring schedules based on site workload and risk profile.
• Coordinate on-site and remote monitoring activities with Central Monitors.
• Review quality dashboards to identify monitoring risk signals.
• Analyze monitoring data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Escalate clinical trial risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Track issues until successful resolution.
• Support implementation of adaptive monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate with Local Study Teams to improve monitoring effectiveness.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM).
• Ensure compliance with Sanofi SOPs and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Life Sciences or equivalent.
