Roles and Responsibilities
Operator – Granulation
The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting equipment such as RMG, FBD/FBP, Vibro Sifter, Co-Mill, Multi Mill, De-lumper and Octa Blender. Responsibilities also include batch processing, equipment setup, cleaning and changeovers while ensuring material verification, cGMP compliance and minimum process loss.
Operator – Compression
The role involves operating Cadmach compression machines, metal detectors, de-dusters and dust extraction systems. Candidates will handle machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting and monitoring of tablet quality parameters in accordance with cGMP requirements.
Sr. Officer – Compression & Capsule Filling
Selected candidates will supervise compression and capsule filling operations using Cadmach and ACG-PAM equipment. The position also involves manpower management, production activities, batch documentation and coordination with QA and Engineering.
Operator – OSD Packing
Responsibilities include operating blister packing, strip packing, de-blistering, inspection and coding machines. Candidates will perform machine setup, changeovers and routine operations while maintaining product quality and packing integrity.
Operator – Liquid
Candidates will operate liquid manufacturing vessels, bottle washing, filling, capping, labelling and cartoning equipment. The position also involves batch setup, changeovers, basic troubleshooting and maintaining production operations according to cGMP requirements.
Manager – Liquid
The Manager will lead liquid manufacturing, filling and packing operations involving vessels, homogenizers and automated filling lines. Responsibilities include production planning, resource utilization, team performance and compliance with cGMP, QMS and regulatory requirements.
Operator – Manufacturing/Filling
The external preparation role involves operating manufacturing vessels, Triple Roller Mill, Colloid Mill, Tube Filling and Lotion Filling Machines. Candidates will perform equipment setup, cleaning, changeovers and routine production activities while maintaining accurate documentation and cGMP compliance.
Sr. Officer/Officer – Manufacturing/Packing
The role includes supervising manufacturing and packing operations for external preparation products, effective utilization of vessels and filling/mailing equipment, production planning, documentation and cGMP compliance.
