Job Responsibilities

As a Junior Associate โ€“ Evidence Synthesis (COA), you will:

  • Support evidence synthesis projects including literature search strategy development.
  • Perform literature screening and data extraction.
  • Conduct secondary research on diseases and treatment landscapes.
  • Assist in developing disease conceptual models.
  • Support Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) instrument selection.
  • Participate in psychometric validation of COA instruments.
  • Assist in qualitative research and patient experience studies.
  • Prepare scientific reports, publications, and regulatory documentation.
  • Support evidence generation for regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain compliance with FDA, EMA, and internal evidence generation standards.
  • Contribute to patient-centered outcomes and value proposition development.
  • Assist in COA strategy implementation across clinical development programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in:
    • Pharmacy (M.Pharm/PharmD)
