Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Payment Specialist at Roche, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Recording required payment information in Roche systems such as SAP, MyBuy, and Veeva.
- Generating payment proposals and reports according to Clinical Trial Agreements.
- Managing payments to clinical trial Research Centers through applicable Roche systems.
- Performing payment reconciliation and resolving site payment discrepancies.
- Providing payment verification and site-related financial information to country teams.
- Responding to applicable audit inquiries and documentation requests.
- Maintaining vendor, contract, study status, and forecast information.
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of clinical trial site payments.
- Setting up Clinical Trial Purchase Requisitions and managing them end-to-end.
- Driving resolution of payment-related issues and escalations.
- Participating in stakeholder meetings as a subject matter expert and point of contact.
- Calculating and distributing payment-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Supporting improvements in payment processes, forecasting, accuracy, and productivity.
- Training new team members on clinical trial payment processes.
Qualification & Eligibility
