1. Sales & Marketing Executive (2 Openings)
Location: Ankleshwar/Dahej, Gujarat
Compensation: Up to ₹5 Lakh CTC
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients within your assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed ambitious business development targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the company.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or MBA degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the recycling or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

2. Manager – Customer Service & Sales & Marketing (1 Opening)
Location: Dahej, Gujarat
Compensation: Up to ₹8 Lakh CTC
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Contribute to the development of new marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Verify and process material and service invoices.
- Perform vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Manage GST and TDS compliance, along with other taxation tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance or B.Com degree.
- 4-8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SAP software is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Laboratory/Quality Control Chemist (1 Opening)
Location: Panoli, Gujarat
Compensation: Up to ₹3 Lakh CTC
Responsibilities:
- Conduct wet lab analysis, including pH testing and chloride testing.
- Operate and maintain various laboratory instruments, such as COD digesters, ovens, muffle furnaces, auto titrators, flame photometers, bomb calorimeters, pH meters, TDS meters, and conductivity meters.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all laboratory tests and findings.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
- Contribute to the improvement of laboratory processes and quality control measures.
Qualifications:
- ITI LACP or BSC degree.
- 0-4 years of experience in a laboratory setting (experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of chemical analysis techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Production Apprentice (1 Opening)
