Key Responsibilities:
- Administrate RWE Tools:ย Oversee real-world evidence study tracking systems, ensuring compliance and usability.
- Project Coordination:ย Manage study codes, timelines, and KPIs for global RWE projects.
- Procurement Support:ย Handle contracting, PO generation, and budget tracking for studies.
- Data Quality & Reporting:ย Ensure accuracy in reporting and dashboard management (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Stakeholder Collaboration:ย Work with MEG/HEVA, GBUs, and global teams for seamless operations.
- Process Improvement:ย Identify efficiency enhancements in RWE study management.
Skills & Competencies:
โ Technical: Experience in clinical operations, project management, and procurement.
โ Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
โ Tools: Proficiency in portfolio management software, Smartsheet, and data dashboards.
Eligibility & Requirements

Education: Bachelorโs degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field).

Experience: 3-5 years in clinical operations, RWE, or pharma project management.

Language: Fluent English (written & spoken).
