Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Information Specialist, you will:

  • Respond to medical and safety queries from healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and consumers
  • Provide accurate, evidence-based responses using scientific literature and approved product data
  • Document and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints as per regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records in medical information databases
  • Perform quality checks on safety cases and responses
  • Draft custom medical responses aligned with client-approved content
  • Support training and mentoring of new team members
  • Contribute to process improvements in medical information workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and regulatory compliance mindset
  • Interest in pharmacovigilance, medical information, or regulatory affairs
  • Ability to work in a remote, global team environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Knowledge of drug safety reporting (ICSRs, AEs)
  • Familiarity with clinical research or regulatory documentation
  • Experience in scientific writing or literature review
