Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate in DMPK, you will:
- Perform drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) physico-chemical assays
- Conduct assays such as solubility, Log D/Log P, pKa, and stability studies
- Support UHPLC-UV and LC-MS method development for new chemical entities (NCEs)
- Apply knowledge of chromatographic separation and mass spectrometry
- Prepare biological and chemical samples for analysis
- Generate, analyze, and compile scientific data into reports
- Operate high-throughput instruments like Biomek, plate readers, incubators, centrifuges
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely data uploads
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Masterโs Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience Required
- 1 to 3 years in DMPK, bioanalysis, or analytical chemistry
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and drug metabolism
- Hands-on experience with LC-MS, UHPLC, chromatography
- Knowledge of physico-chemical profiling techniques
- Good data analysis and reporting skills
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and automation systems
