Job Description: Product Operations Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Coordination: Manage schedules, track follow-ups, and ensure smooth workflows for product development.
- Project Management: Use Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite to maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and escalate critical issues to senior teams.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing workshops, product launches, and process improvement initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and other teams to drive project success.
- Process Optimization: Help document workflows and suggest efficiency improvements.
Basic Qualifications
- No formal education or prior experience required—just a passion for product operations, tech, or business.
- Self-starter attitude with curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework/certifications in product management, Agile, or Scrum.
- 6+ months of internship/project experience in operations, tech, or consulting.
- Advanced skills in Tableau, process automation, or analytics tools.
- Leadership experience in managing projects or teams.
