Your Role: Associate Data Manager
As an Associate Data Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data. Your work will directly impact the success of clinical studies, helping to deliver medical innovations that save and improve lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing clean databases by reviewing clinical trial data to ensure compliance with protocol and Data Management Plan guidelines.
- Provide input and review Data Management Plans to support clinical study deliverables.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in query responses, ensuring database modifications are accurate.
- Support data entry testing and query testing (edit checks) to validate database functionality and data accuracy.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for study-specific data listings, ensuring outputs meet requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to CRF testing, edit checks, and data listing testing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a technical, clinical, or health-related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience using commercial clinical data management systems or EDC products (e.g., Oracle RDC/Inform, Medidata Rave, DataLabs).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
