Position: Associate Software Quality & Test Analyst
The selected candidate will support software quality assurance, system validation, testing, and compliance activities for regulated business applications. The role involves preparing and executing test cases, maintaining validation documentation, supporting change requests, and ensuring traceability between requirements and testing deliverables.
The analyst will collaborate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor teams to maintain compliant, audit-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support system validation and qualification activities for software applications.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
- Create, review, and maintain validation and quality documentation.
- Support change request assessments, testing, and implementation.
- Document test results, defects, and testing evidence.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, testing activities, and validation deliverables.
- Assist with audit readiness by maintaining accurate, inspection-ready records.
- Collaborate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor teams on system enhancements and projects.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates applying for the Associate Software Quality & Test Analyst position should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1β3 years of experience in software testing, validation, quality assurance, or related roles.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
