- Operate the ACG ZRO 200 T Capsule Filling Machine.
- Perform machine cleaning as per SOP.
- Troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
- Handle 100% checkweigher operations.
- Maintain production quality and documentation.
Supervisor
- Supervise capsule filling operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the ZRO 200 T Capsule Filling Machine.
- Ensure smooth execution of 100% checkweigher operations.
- Coordinate with production teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- B.Sc. or B.Pharm
- 3โ5 years of relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Experience operating or supervising ACG ZRO 200 T Capsule Filling Machines
- Knowledge of production processes and GMP practices
