Key Responsibilities
The Analyst – Biomonitoring PMOps will be responsible for:
- Supporting Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Project Managers in Product Life Cycle Management and New Product Introduction activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Technical Service, and Quality Assurance.
- Supporting PLM and NPI activities using SAP, web data maintenance systems, and other business tools.
- Reviewing NPDI information for completeness and accuracy.
- Reviewing and maintaining product master data.
- Performing data cleansing, data enrichment, and data consistency checks.
- Reviewing web data compilation and troubleshooting product detail page data issues.
- Supporting portfolio reviews and relevant product lifecycle activities.
- Uploading technical bulletins, product information sheets, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Certificates of Origin, and other product documents.
- Creating and maintaining product listings on company websites.
- Ensuring agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Turnaround Times (TAT) are achieved.
- Maintaining established quality and productivity standards.
- Ensuring internal and external stakeholder requirements are completed on time.
- Supporting the Team Lead with ISO-related and other operational activities.
- Identifying and initiating process improvement ideas and projects.
Qualification & Eligibility
Candidates should have a postgraduate qualification in Life Sciences, specifically:
M.Sc Biochemistry / M.Sc Biotechnology / M.Sc Microbiology or an equivalent postgraduate Life Sciences qualification relevant to the role.
