Key Responsibilities

As a Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator Trainee at Labcorp, the selected candidate will perform key functions within the Kit Inventory Center.

  • Maintain the KMS system at investigator-site level where required.

  • Troubleshoot kit-supply issues and escalate complex problems to the Project Manager.
  • Assist investigator sites with research and coordination related to resupply of collection kits and materials.
  • Review and research incoming orders received from the Investigator Support Team.
  • Adjust or customize the KMS system according to investigator-site requirements.
  • Assist Technical Administrators with complex kit instructions and database-related issues.
  • Follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
  • Document service failures and work toward timely resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management when appropriate.
  • Complete additional responsibilities assigned by management.
