Key Responsibilities
Project & Publication Coordination
- Support project delivery within timelines and budgets
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation systems
- Assist in manuscript submission, abstract submission, and journal formatting
- Insert and manage references using Reference Manager tools
Documentation & Scientific Support
- Format documents and PowerPoint presentations to journal/client standards
- Assist with quality control (QC) and fact-checking
- Manage publication databases like Datavision and PubStrat
Financial & Administrative Support
- Raise and track purchase orders (POs)
- Assist in budget tracking, invoice schedules, and financial reconciliation
- Maintain project documentation and archives
Stakeholder & Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate meetings with clients, authors, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-ups
- Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders
Team & Operational Support
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Maintain email distribution lists and filing systems
- Identify project risks and escalate appropriately
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Working knowledge of Reference Manager and databases
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- High attention to detail and deadline management skills
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelorโs degree in:
- Life Sciences (BSc, MSc, Microbiology, Biotech, etc.)
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm)
- Or related fields (Business/Marketing with healthcare exposure)
Experience
- Freshers or up to 3 years experience
- Experience in medical communications or clinical research is a plus
