Roles and Responsibilities
Production & Packing Responsibilities
- Handling granulation equipment such as GEA, Tapasya, and ACG
- Operating compression machines including GEA and Sejong
- Managing coating, capsule filling, and spray dryer operations
- Experience in track & trace systems and labelling
- Handling blister and bottle packing operations
- Working on dry powder filling and auto cartoners
- Exposure to QMS activities such as CAPA, investigations, and change controls
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Dispensing raw and packing materials
- Following GDP guidelines during warehouse operations
Packaging & Development Responsibilities
- Managing packaging design activities
- Commercial packaging development using SAP and QMS software
Required Skills
Candidates applying for these positions should have:
- Experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines
- Exposure to production and packaging equipment
- Understanding of QMS documentation and compliance
