Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain vessels, filtration units, autoclaves, vial washing machines, and dehydrogenation tunnels
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and sterile manufacturing standards
- Monitor critical process parameters for consistent product quality
- Handle formulation and filling activities in vaccine manufacturing operations
Plant Operator (Ampoule / Vial / PFS / Filling & Formulation)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate aseptic equipment including washing, sterilization, filling, lyophilization for ampoules, vials, and PFS
- Maintain compliance with GMP and sterile process standards
- Record batch data and coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams
- Support troubleshooting activities in sterile production areas
Required Qualifications
For Officer / Executive Roles
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
- B.Sc
- M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Lifesciences
- B.Pharm
- B.Tech
For Plant Operator Roles
- ITI
- Diploma
Experience Required
- 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in sterile manufacturing or formulation operations
