Roles & Responsibilities
Engineering
- Execute day-to-day engineering operations as per production and shift requirements.
- Maintain uninterrupted operation of production and utility equipment.
- Perform maintenance of fermenters, process vessels, centrifuges, RO-EDI systems, incubators, and associated utilities.
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and optimize PLC, HMI, and SCADA-based automation systems.
- Follow cGMP and cGEP guidelines during maintenance activities.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.
Production
- Perform batch manufacturing activities according to production schedules.
- Operate fermenters, reactors, centrifuges, process vessels, pH meters, and filtration systems.
- Prepare disinfectants, media, and buffers.
- Support sterilization, equipment cleaning, and batch processing.
- Handle raw materials, consumables, and production documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements.
