Job Summary
As a Process Specialist-CDM/PV, you will play a critical role in overseeing the collection, processing, and management of clinical data. Your expertise in Clinical Data Management and MS Excel will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance data quality. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Clinical Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of clinical data with regulatory standards.
- MS Excel Expertise: Analyze and interpret complex data sets using advanced Excel functions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and report data seamlessly.
- Develop Data Management Plans: Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management.
- Conduct Data Quality Audits: Perform regular audits and validation checks to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Domain Expertise: 2 – 4 years of experience in Clinical BPO and Clinical Data Management.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Effective collaboration and communication with teams.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
