Zydus Lifesciences is currently recruiting for our Formulation Manufacturing Unit based at Moraiya, Ahmedabad. If you have relevant experience in formulation and are located far from Ahmedabad, you can take advantage of our Virtual Walk-In Interview to apply for the position.

Available Positions:

1. Production – OSD (Oral Solid Dosage)

Position: Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 3-8 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines like Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish).
• Perform line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment/instruments/auxiliary items.

2. Packing

Position: Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 3-12 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CVC bulk packing, sachet packing, blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac).
• Perform line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment/instruments/auxiliary items.

3. Engineering

Position: Technician
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 3-12 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain plant equipment, including HVAC systems, chillers, and BMS Operators.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical problems, and calibrate OSD plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
• Work with sensors, PLC, HML, SCADA, and perform instrument calibration activities.
