Job Description:
As a Trainee Medical Reviewer in the field of Oncology, your role will involve reviewing and analyzing medical records, particularly focusing on cancer patients. You’ll abstract clinical data from Electronic Health Records (EHR) and gain expertise in oncology, particularly related to chemotherapy, medications, and oncology drugs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records of cancer patients.
- Abstract data according to the required data elements.
- Interpret reports based on knowledge of chemotherapy and oncology drugs.
- Contribute specialized knowledge to work groups and standardize treatments.
- Improve quality of life for cancer patients by abstracting key clinical data.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), BSc in Nursing, B Pharm, M. Pharm, or any relevant degree from a recognized university.
Work Experience:
- Freshers (Life Science background only) are welcome to apply.
Required Skills:
- Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of oncology, chemotherapy, and medical oncology drugs.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to understand and interpret clinical data.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Logical Reasoning: Strong problem-solving skills and sound clinical background.
