Job Overview: Safety Operations Specialist I

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Develop and share best practices to enhance safety deliverables and consistency.
  • Adverse Event Management: Handle safety information and adverse events while ensuring compliance with global regulations.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects by defining scope, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deviation & Change Management: Own deviations and change requests, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Audit Support: Review safety data for audits/inspections and present global safety processes.
  • Collaboration: Work with affiliates to implement new processes in response to evolving regulatory demands.
