Job Description

Novartis is seeking a Central Monitor to contribute to global clinical trials, ensuring study outcomes are delivered within schedule, budget, and compliance standards. The role involves operational oversight, process improvement, and collaboration across teams to maintain high-quality trial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of global clinical trials with appropriate oversight.
  • Ensure trials are conducted within budget, timeline, and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to operational excellence through process improvements and knowledge sharing.
  • Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours.
  • Handle distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely and quality execution of clinical trials within budget.
  • Compliance with Novartis policies, guidelines, and external regulations.
