Job Responsibilities

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research and perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses to address client issues and generate actionable insights.

  • Client Interaction and Deliverables: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders through reports, presentations, and workshops, often with team support and leadership guidance.
  • Learning and Development: Gain knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets through consulting projects and learning opportunities.
  • Team Supervision: Work independently and oversee junior team members on project deliverables.

About You

  • Educational Background: An undergraduate/master’s degree in life sciences, economics, or business with 2-3 years of experience in healthcare/pharma OR a PhD in a relevant field with commercial experience in the industry.
  • Consulting Skills: Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills, preferably with experience in commercial or strategy consulting.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in report writing, presentations, and workshop facilitation.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve team goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Awareness of current issues and trends in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
  • Consulting Methodologies: Knowledge of consulting tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Adaptability and Learning: A capacity to quickly adapt and learn new knowledge.
